Marketing Specialist (m/f) (40 hours)


Essential Functions:

  • Implement specific elements of the QPS LLC marketing strategic plan, with the primary objective being to build a robust market image for QPS.
  • Implement the QPS plan for, and establish the necessary QPS presence at, key national, regional, and local meetings. Manage and track convention requirements, including: dates, deadlines, early bird discounts, contacts, booth rental equipment, and sponsorships.
  • Create a seamless convention presence, including scientific posters, booth design, brochures, mass-mailers, lead generation and lead capture, working closely with the BD team to coordinate requirements and attendance.
  • Coordinate the design, development, implementation, monitoring, analytics and maintenance of the QPS Corporate web site. Ensure content and sections are up to date, lead implementation of branding updates.
  • Lead the planning, content development, monitoring, analytics and maintenance of Corporate Social Media sites, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and SlideShare.

For legal reasons we are obliged to point out the minimum salary of EUR 1.884,99 gross per month for a full-time position (40 working hours per week) according to collective agreement with the willingness of overpayment depending on qualification and professional experience.

Lawyer (20 hours)


Essential Functions:

  • Manage commercial/contractual opportunities;
  • Draft, review and lead the negotiation of contractual documents for the Austrian site (e.g. confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, project related contracts, rebate schemes, payment schedules, license agreements, collaboration agreements, subcontracting agreements etc.);
  • Manage significant commercial and contractual risks and opportunities;
  • Identify and implement appropriate commercial terms and conditions and commercial contracting practices;
  • Ensure consistency between framework agreements (e.g. master service agreements) and local agreements;
  • Manage actual and potential claims/disputes in coordination with all areas of the business;
  • Ensure that contracts are executed by duly authorized representatives and archived in accordance with applicable policies and procedures;
  • Ensure effective co-ordination with the legal function at the national, European and international level;
  • Communicate contract contents with business development, financial and project management

Competencies:

  • Law degree with further experience e.g. in finance and business administration;
  • Experience in contract management in a leading commercial environment; experience in international contracting will be advantageous
  • Further working knowledge of and experience advantageous e.g. in compliance, anti-corruption, insurance coverage, indemnities, among others;
  • Track record in drafting, negotiating and managing commercial agreements;
  • Ability to command the respect of, and communicate effectively with, a diverse range of business leaders and legal partners across our multinational organization;
  • Strong communication skills and highly motivated;
  • Fluent in English and German. Professional proficiency in one or more additional Eastern European languages would be advantageous

Research Assistant – Rodent Behavior (m/f)

Research Assistant – Rodent Behavior (m/f)


Main tasks:

  • Independently perform behavioral tests with mice and rats in order to produce reliable and precise data
  • Analyze behavioral videos and auditory recordings
  • Statistically evaluate, visualize and interpret data for project reports
  • Trouble shoot, develop and improve experimental set-ups of behavioral tests
  • Being responsible for training others and equipment.
  • Conduct literature searches
  • Design scientific projects and compile project plans

Minimal requirements:

  • Ability to summarize and interpret scientific literature
  • Experience and passion to develop and optimize assays
  • Technical interest and understanding of laboratory equipment as well as computer soft- and hardware
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks in parallel
  • Understanding of statistical evaluations; ideally hands-on experience
  • Experience with laboratory animals; ideally mice and rats
  • Ability to work according to SOPs and/or AAALAC guidelines
  • Responsible, accurate, yet flexible working style
  • Strong quality-and hygiene-consciousness
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Self-organized, well-structured and solution-oriented
  • Good knowledge of English; preferably also German

Optional requirements:
