Business Development Team Assistant – Neuro
(m/f) (40 hours)


Essential Functions:

  • Supports generation of Cost Tables and Work Orders
  • Manages and distributes incoming requests via homepage
  • Assists in organization and coordination of daily work of the BD team.
  • Helps email communication with clients and internally
  • Maintains lists and databases
  • Helps preparation for meetings and conferences
    In addition to these tasks, other tasks (undisclosed) can be executed

Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Versed in written and spoken English, additional languages favorable
  • Team player willing to support BD team and Neuropharmacology Management
  • Helps to organize the sales process from lead generation through close
  • Computer skills inclusive of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in science or similar
  • Trainings, courses or other experience in business administration

Clinical Trial/Project Associate (f/m)



Your area of responsibility:

A Clinical Project Associate is a professional, who supports and works closely with the project team and suppliers through all stages of a clinical study. Duties may include coordination, participation in study meetings, study and site binder creation, managing project financials, creating, maintaining and QC of essential documents, creation and submission of documents to authorities and set-up and maintaining of (e)Trial Master Files. Depending on the educational background the Clinical Project Associate will also support the medical writing team. The Clinical Project Associate resumes a “linking position” between various members of the study team and fulfills an essential support function for the project management.

 

Your preferred profile:

  • Experience in clinical research or related fields
  • Medical or natural scientific background
  • ICH/GCP (Good Clinical Practice) knowledge
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good communication skills
  • High level of written and spoken German and English
  • Fluency in another European language will be highly appreciated
  • Accuracy, quick understanding, independent way of working, team player
  • Resistant to pressure
  • Place of residence: Styria

 

For legal reasons we are obliged to point out the minimum salary of 1.400,00 Euro gross per month for that part-time position (20 working hours per week) according to collective agreement with the willingness of overpayment depending on qualification and professional experience.

Clinical Research Associate / Clinical Monitor (f/m)



Your area of responsibility:

A Clinical Research Associate is a professional, who monitors the administration and progress of a clinical trial (pharmaceuticals, biologics or devices) or non-interventional study and checks the data integrity on behalf of a sponsor. The work of a CRA includes the evaluation of study centers, the preparation of the submission from authorities and Ethic Committees (IECs), the initiation of a trial, continuous monitoring during the active study period, collecting essential documents until the end of a trial and performs close-out visits in the end of the trial. A CRA overtakes a “linking position” between Project Manager (PM), Principal Investigator (PI) and Sponsor as he/she is the contact point for all parties involved. The function as CRA requires a lot of empathy on the one hand and the ability of authority on the other hand.

 

Your preferred profile:

  • One or more years experience as CRA
  • Pharmaceutical, Medical or other natural scientific background
  • ICH/GCP (Good Clinical Practice) knowledge
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good communication skills
  • High level of written and spoken German and English
  • Fluency in another European language will be highly appreciated
  • Accuracy, quick understanding, independent way of working, team player
  • Resistant to pressure
  • Willingness to travel
